ERGs.io Vendor Membership Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of ERGs.io as a digital membership platform involving immediate onboarding, profile setup, promotional visibility, backend labor, and ongoing access to proprietary vendor-facing opportunities, all payments made to ERGs.io are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Annual Vendor Membership Fees

  • Quarterly or Monthly Payment Plans (if offered)

  • Activation Fees

  • Profile Upgrade Fees

  • Add-On Promotional Services

  • Any future ERGs.io paid visibility opportunities

Once payment is submitted, the member’s space, onboarding resources, backend account setup, and promotional eligibility are reserved and/or activated immediately. As a result, ERGs.io does not offer refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage

  • Failure to complete profile setup

  • Dissatisfaction based on timing of bookings

  • Business closure or budget changes

  • Perceived mismatch in expectations

  • Cancellation before membership term ends

Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel future renewal at any time by providing written notice prior to their renewal date.

Cancellation of renewal simply prevents the next billing cycle from occurring. It does not entitle the member to any refund of payments already made.

Vendor membership remains active through the end of the paid membership term.

No Guarantee of Immediate Bookings

ERGs.io is a visibility and discovery platform designed to increase vendor exposure to ERG leaders and program managers. While ERGs.io actively works to improve member discovery, traffic, and vendor opportunities, purchase of a vendor membership does not guarantee:

  • a specific number of leads,

  • immediate inquiries,

  • bookings,

  • revenue,

  • or a defined ROI within a specific timeframe.

Vendor acknowledges that platform growth, buyer behavior, profile completion, category demand, seasonality, and future feature releases all impact results.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing payment, Vendor agrees to this Refund Policy and agrees not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered, access granted, or membership periods already activated.

ERGs.io reserves the right to provide this policy, proof of access, onboarding records, communications, and account activity to payment processors in response to any dispute.

Any member who initiates a chargeback may have immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

ERGs.io Discretion

ERGs.io reserves the sole right, but not the obligation, to make exceptions under extraordinary circumstances. Any exception granted in one case does not create precedent or entitlement in any future case.
